On Sunday, March 3rd, we're bringing some of Toronto’s best and brightest chefs to The Great Hall for noodle showdown.
A number of chefs will deliver their unique culinary spin on pho, ramen, and other popular noodle dishes, as well as offer a wide array of globally-inspired street food snacks. Toronto cooks and chefs have a well publicized addition to noodles, so we wanted to bring some of the noodleheads together to see what variations they can create on the traditional bowls.
We've got a great lineup of participants. From the wonderful popup folks form Babi and Co, to the wildly popular food truck El Gastronomo Vagabundo (currently leading the Best Food Truck Taco of the Year poll on Mobile cuisine), and Top Chef winner Carl Heinrich. We also have a few surprise vendors planned.

The event will also feature some of the best in brewing and distilling from the likes of Amsterdam Brewery, Tromba Tequila, and Dillion’s Distillery.
