We love hangouts, and we're organizing one to celebrate St. Paddy's day this weekend at Ceili Cottage.
Mike posted a great St. Patrick's Day guide on the site last week, which gives you an idea of where the action will be this weekend. The Spotlight crew will be hanging out at Ceili Cottage (1301 Queen Street East, Toronto) on Saturday, so come on down and say hello. Patrick McMurray knows how to throw a great St. Paddy's day party, and we'll be there from 12pm onwards to celebrate with the Mere Mortals and Gil-Can dancers.
Admission is $10, with 100% of the proceeds going to support the Gil-Can World Champ's Irish Dance Team.
As an added incentive, track down Shucker Paddy and be one of the first five people to whisper the secret password ("shamlight" — maybe not such a secret) in his ear and a plate of six oysters is on him.
